Responsible for planning and purchasing advertising space online, Radio, Television and so on.

• At least 1 year experience of Technical Support or related positions in ISP or other telecom company
•  Understand, diagnose and troubleshoot TCP/IP fundamentals
•  Must have working experience with Cisco equipment (Routers, Switches, Firewall)
•  In-depth experience on Switches, Routers, Server, Cable, Racks, Firewall, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency
•  Be available on call for after hour issues including Public Holidays
•  Proficiency in spoken, written Chinese language.

• Diagnose and resolve problems that have been escalated by Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
•  Survey network conditions for analysis by a senior network technician for more complex problems
•  Onsite survey, analization and optimzation network and systems for customers
•  Install and configure new equipment, including Router, Switch Access Point, for customers when necessary
•  Manage and update information on Cacti and IPmnagerment system
