• Bachelor degree in IT/computer science/MIS or related fields
• At least one year experience (Experience in telecom/ISP billing system is an advantage)
• Good knowledge and experience in system analysis and design
• Good knowledge and experience using of PHP, ASP.net
• Good knowledge and experience using C#.net
• Good knowledge and experience using Microsoft SQL Server
• Good knowledge and experience using IIS, wamp server
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Window Server
• Knowledgeable of using any firewall
• Basic concept of Networking
• Good command of Speaking and writing in English
• Good communication skills and highly responsible for the job,

• Telephone, Internet, Leased line customer Account management
• Service plan/package management
• Customer service usage reporting
• Prepare and Print detail telephone usage for customer services, and branches
• Prepare and Print debt reports for debt collection team (telephone and internet bill)
• Print lost invoice for telephone or internet from another province for debt collection team
• Add delay or add exception customer lists (for Telephone or Internet)
• Add the refund money Internet and telephone
• Support to add deposit for cashier provinces
• Support to open or close cash drawer
• Compare Internet Customer with provinces before processing bill
• Make Internet, Phone, leased line Statistic Comparison with Previous Month
• Remotely support billing system in branches
• CDR management
• Monthly bill processing (Run demand bill, Run cycle bill)
• Billing statistic and reports
• Invoice management (telephone, Internet, leased line, Interconnect, SI project)
• Billing System administration and maintenance
• Develop new pages and upload to existing billing web application
• Troubleshooting any errors of the current operation frontend and coding
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
