•  Preferable Bachelor of Computer Science or Telecommunication
•  2+ years Experience in related fill 
•  Strong knowledge/skill on Linux System/Unix System, VMware system, DNS server, VPN, Web Mail, Hosting Panel, Radius Server, Nagios & Cacti, SQL 
•  Excellent Analytical skills 
•  Maintain stable performance under pressure
•  Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills
•  Good written, oral and listening skills in English

•  Provide technical support, operation and maintenance Mail server based on Zimbra solution
•  Provide technical operation on backup and disaster system
•  Provide technical support, operation and maintenance monitoring system (Cacti, Nagios system and other networking tool)
•  Provide technical support, operation and maintenance DNS Server
•  Provide technical support, operation and maintenance File server sharing
•  Provide technical support, operation and maintenance on user Panel for hosting service and build interface for clients login and control
•  Provide technical support, operation on Radius Server for PPPoE and Hotspot services 
•  Provide technical support, operation and maintenance VMware server
•  Implement system or application should deem needed
