Job Title: Store supervisor :  Chiller $ Freezer
Unit & Location: Auskhmer Siem Reap, Cambodia.
Reporting & Working Relationships: Reporting to Warehouse Manager
Position Objectives: Being in charge of the Store

• Good communication in English
• At least 1 year experience in the same position is a plus
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Pro-active, resourceful, reliable, honest, committed with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, result-oriented, meticulous with high level of integrity

• Prepare orders for customers, wrap the products, pack the products,
• Ensure the products are correctly and timely picked for the orders so that they are delivered to the customers on time.
• Coordinate with the delivery staff and invoicing team to ensure the products are delivered to the customer within standard operation times.
• Load and unload truck, receive and store goods.
• Responsible for quality control.
• Check and inspect goods received and ensure they are of accurate quantity, type and also acceptable quality.
• Select space for storage and arrange for goods to be placed in the designated location.
• Report to Warehouse Manager immediately for any spoiled, damaged products.
• Report to Warehouse Manager immediately where any hazard is identified within work areas.
• Move any waste from the warehouse to the dumpster and make sure the work areas are cleaned and well maintained.
• Monitor the actual stock level and inform the Warehouse Manager immediately where the product is running out of stock.
• Ensure the FIFO process is followed and the lot tracking is implemented
• Ensure all stock cards are updated for every stock movement and the stock balance shown on the stock cards are always correct as per actual stock balance.
• Report any discrepancies in the stock to the Warehouse Manager
• Follow the instructions of the Warehouse Managers and perform other duties as assigned.
