We are seeking the appropriately qualified local Cambodian national to fill the position of Site Engineer to be based at our FORMWORK in Phnom Penh Office, specific as

• Male at age between 25-35
• Degree in Civil Engineering and other equivalent degree.
• Work experience 2 years + in similar position.
• Be able to manage workers at the assign site.
• Site Inspection with technical, construction site progressing and safety.
• Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality and cost.
• Good written English and Khmer communication skills.
•  Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills.
• Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working and be able to work under the pressure.
• Willing to work no traditional hours including early evening and, weekends and holiday
• Can ride motorbike and travel

• Proper active and proper safety active or work site
• Obey your supervisor orders
• No drinking of Alcohol on site on consume drugs
• Punctuality of reporting to work 

• Reporting directly to Project Manager/Construction Director and supervision day to day operation of site work
• Follow up with site engineer of contractor and/or sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning
• specifications and meeting planned dates in schedule
• Interact with project manager for clarification in architectural
• Conducting regular job site inspections
• Assist in the quality and safety audit
• Identify and highlight possible risk on project accurately inventorying construction material
• Coordination for verification of extra claims raise by direct manager
• Highly responsibilities to complete and solve problem 
• Ensure that Communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the engineer/Sub-contractor’s Representatives
• Conducting regular job site inspections
• Actively monitor the work environment
• Assist in the quality and safety audit
• Identify and highlight possible risk on project
• Assist in necessary project documentation
• Accurate inventorying the jobsite and ensuring that the supplies are properly maintained
• report and submit to Project Manager
• Other job will assign by top management
