•  At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/HR.
•  At least 2 years experience in external affairs, Communication, HR, Business, or any other related field.
•  Fluent command on both written and spoken English and local language proficiency.
•  Confident, fast moving, disciplined, reliable and friendly personality.
•  Be able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality and solution procedure.
•  Flexible and be able to travel and work on mission in provincial areas. 
•  Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power-Point, internet and e-mail…
•  Strong analytical Skill with project Management Skill

• 1. Regulatory Affairs
•  Assist in dealing with M0H for products notification & certificate
•  Assist in dealing with M0H for obtain new announcement & regulation
•  Assist in dealing and update to oversea team to ensure that product ingredient and advertising are comply with Local Law
• 2. Communication
•  Assist and work closely with oilier functions and regional team regarding Cambodia portal
•  Safety and risk management assistant 
• 3. External Affairs
•  Assist in building relationship with NG0s and external partner ie Euro Chain, BritCham... regarding CSR activities & company promotion.
•  Assist in dealing with media
•  Work closely with BB team and agencies to ensure that our advertising & activities are compliance with local law by consultation with regional team
•  Others tasks will be assigned by Line Manager
