• Handle for office management for office Executive Chairman
• Handle on arranging traveling, accommodation, Air ticket and other necessary for Top Management when required
• Arrange schedule for Top Management with necessaries arrangement 
• Handle on meeting arrangement and take the minute of meeting
• Prepare report of all sales, production of all companies in PSK group for top management
• Act as consultant for other head of department when they need
• Monitor and check all document from various department and companies before submitted to Top management approval
• Monitor Business operation and process in SPK as Top management required
• Handle on other project assigned by top management

• Cambodian Female or Male, age 30 - 40 year old. 
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Management or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences as an Executive Secretary for senior management or related work.
• Excellent commands in written and spoken of English 
• High managerial and organizing skills to effectively managing tasks and activities to support the management and other areas if assigned.
• Excellent coordinator with strong organizing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent in computer literate especially (Power point, Excel, Words, Internet, Email, etc).
• Must be able to take a Minute of Meeting and reports.
• Self-confident and Self initiative with ability to follow up matters independently. 
• Can work under pressure with high patient
• Be able to traveling to province or oversea from time to time
