•  Good communication and inter-personal skills
•  1-3 years’ experience of Selling Condo or Borey is advantages. - Must be able to work under pressure.

•  Responsible for indoor and outdoor sales operation in head office and model house office 
•  Greet customers with a customer service standard
•  Administering sales activities by processing all relevant documents for customers 
•  Perform and assist customer for products availabilities 
•  Consult to customer about Borey Sambath Mean Heng 3 products
•  Conducting sales presentation to customers 
•  Followed up daily activities of sales and customers
•  Guiding clients to see the construction at site and model house showroom
•  Follow up with construction manager for customers’ house processing
•  Making sales calls to new and existing customers by cold-calling 
•  Working as a team
•  Holds regular meeting with Chief Sale/Marketing Officer
•  Doing daily report submit to GM and Chief Sale/Marketing Officer
•  Supporting other tasks as directly assigned by GM and Chief Sale/Marketing Officer
