• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Understanding the micro-finance sector is preferred
• Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)\
• High motivation and ability to work without supervision.

• Report to: Recruitment and Selection Manager
• HR recruitment process and implementation:
• Responsible to post the job announcement both internal and external
• Responsible to collect CVs both hard and soft copy
• Responsible to arrange schedule and contact candidates to do the writing test and interviewing
• Responsible to collaborate with different departments for processing of shortlist
• Responsible for interviewing and selecting process,
• Responsible to do the reference check and follow up with branches and Departments for home 
  visit candidates.
• External relationship with universities and others
• Participate staff performance assessment, format update, documentation and staff facilitation)
• Document preparation and schedule for external internship from universities
