Introduction :

Royal Empire Hotel is an international 4 star Hotel , located in the heart of Siem Reap town.

Job Requirement :
  •  High school certificate or equivalent.
  •  At least 1 or 2 years experience of related field , additional experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
  •  For Cambodian nationality only. Age must be from 18 to 30 years old only.
  •  English proficiency is a must.
  •  Familiarized with room master system.
  •  Ability to effectively communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner, and to meet client needs and resolve complaints
  •  Require knowledge of departmental interaction and organization structure in a hospitality context
  •  Successful hotel experience.
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills. Multi-lingual preferred
  •  Honest and hard working, patience and willing to learn more.
Job Duties :
  •  To be familiarized and to comply with hotel policies and procedures.
  •  To be totally familiarized with the Front Office procedures
  •  To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other department.
  •  To maintain a high standard personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
  •  To respond any changes the front office function as dictated by the industry, company or hotel.
  •  To have complete understanding of and adhere the hotel's policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
  •  To register the guest promptly ensuring that is provided with all the necessary information.
  •  To enter all guest folios into the computer immediately and accurately.
  •  To take room reservation effectively, effectively and a laid out on the proper reservation form.
  •  To ensure that VIP guest an Special Request rooms are blocked and that all key card are in order,
  •  To Keep the daily Log Books up to date.
  •  To report to Front Office Supervisor if running out of any stationery that needs replenishing.
  •  To report to Front Office Supervisor/ FOM of any problem or complaint that requires management’s attention.
  •  To take counter reservation efficiently and professionally.
  •  To handle all safety deposit boxes assistance requests, according to the proper procedures as established by the Hotel.
  •  To make sure all guest information or profile are properly entered into the computer, which include the billing instruction.
  •  To perform any other duties as request by the Front Office Manager.
