• Welcome in-coming customers or clients
• Guide or direct the customers to the assigned facilities
• Receive calls from customers or clients
• Take and relay messages
• Provide information to clients or callers
• Greet persons entering company
• Deal with queries from the public and customers
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Monitor and maintain office equipment
• Control inventory relevant to reception area
• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Working Days: From Monday to Saturday
