Culture and Environment Preservation Association (CEPA) is a local NGO was founded in 1995, by a group of young students from the different universities in Phnom Penh. In Appril 1996, CEPA received its certificate of register from the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia. CEPA is working to ensure that an independent society that preserves its culture and protects its environment while collaborating with partners, government agencies, researchers and international communities to meet its needs without compromising its abilities to meet the needs of future generation in terms of their environmental, social and economic stability and security. To achieve the vision, CEPA has to implement program such as Advocacy, Community based Forestry / Fishery.
