SAMIC Plc. (former CHC Limited) is the Microfinance Institution (the Company) with multinational shareholders. The Company was transformed from the Credit Program of Cambodian Health Committee (CHC), an NGO established in March 1994. The core services of the Company are providing financial services to low income and rural poor households in the target areas within the country of Cambodia.

Due to our expansion and progress, we are now looking for a qualified applicant to fill in the following positions:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Management, Marketing or the related fields;
• Be honest, commitment, positive mindset, responsibility and always overcome the challenges;
• Keen to learn and self-development;
• At least 5 years’ experience in credit operations with MFI industry;
• Proven in leadership, management and communication;
• Excellent organizing and motivating skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English; and
• Good interpersonal skills.

• Lead and manage the Operations Department and implement the business plan of SAMIC Plc.
• Manage the day-to-day branch operations and report to COO/CEO;
• Analysis and review the trend of the business then propose the improvement strategies and related policies to change as well as the business plan;
• Review, develop, and recommend improvement to existing operating administration systems and procedures;
• Conduct on-the-spot project monitoring and assessment;
• Conduct regular project & operations planning, monitoring and evaluation;
• Review and approve loans as may assign by COO/CEO;
• Recommend changes to staffing numbers, recruitment, promotion, rotation, and personnel movement;
• Some time, act on COO/CEO behalf for communication with funders, authorities and other stakeholders for the business operation purposes;
• Perform other tasks and functions as may be assigned by the COO/CEO from time to time.
