This is a merchant relationship role in Pi Pay’s commercial department with responsibility for supervising Merchant/Agent quality and relationships and training in the designed areas. The primary challenge for the incumbent is maintained the growth of the portfolio with a new & challenging concept. The incumbent will need understanding on new concepts of technology to ensure integration enhancement of the customer and Merchant/Agent experience. The success of the role will be measured in achieving target of merchant/agent performance, and company revenue and objective.
• University qualifications in Business Related Discipline • At least 01 years sale experience in international organisations • Good English skill (Khmer language essential) • Proven success in communicating effectively to all points of contact with customers, including liaison with line manager. • Experience in selling to customers based in a diverse range of industries. • Familiarity and confidence in discussing technologically driven product solutions. • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and complex issues. • Experience in successfully managing expectations of multiple parties, internal and external. • Ability to remain intergraded to a team, while working remotely and independently. • Innovative, creative, flexible and conscientious with high-level communication skills
• Oversee/supervise merchant/agent, corporate customers: o Provide training to merchant/agent and customer to ensure that quality is met our standard. o Facilitate reliable delivery of merchandising materials, POS/MPOS and paper rolls to merchant/agent. o Manage merchant/agent to ensure those necessary customer documents are returned within the set timeline if required. o Handle merchant/agent and customer questions. o Gather feedback from merchant and customer to develop recommended solutions. o Follow call card consistently according to standard working procedure. o Provide training to merchant/agent and customer to ensure that quality is met Pi Pay standard o Ensure the quality of the network for merchant/agent and customer satisfaction. • Marketing related: o Promote and position Pi Pay marketing and merchandising materials according to standard. o To ensure merchandising materials is well maintained and up-to-date. o Monitor and escalate any upcoming promotion which run by merchants. o Monitor and report on competitive offerings in the market. • Maintain and prepare reporting for the assigned areas.
