Amret is now looking for a qualified and talented candidate to fulfill the following position:

Job Requirement :
  • Essential:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields;
    • A minimum three years of experience in procurement and administration;
    • Having a minimum two years of experience in supervisory or managerial position.
  • Skills required:
    • Excellent in administration, procurement and supplier relations;
    • Good budgeting and forecasting, negotiation, convincing and problem solving skills;
    • Ability to develop team capacity and manage their performance;
    • Computer literacy (Microsoft office, internet and email);
    • Very good command of English both written and spoken.
Job Duties :
  • Reporting to : Deputy Head, Administrative Affairs
  • The Manager, Procurement is responsible for planning, leading and monitoring the overall procurement activities to ensure on time supply of all procured items and services delivered with cost efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and review procurement policy, stationary guideline, work processes and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of procurement and stationary activities and well protected of corruption and fraud;
  • Respond and take the corrective actions with audit finding both internal and external regarding procurement processes;
  • Work out with relevant departments and branches in order to develop annual procurement plan and cascade down the plan to each staff, follow up, resolve and make it happens;
  • Forecast and prepare budget for related investment, reinvestment, and expenses for all branches and head Office, track monthly actual investment, re-investment and expense against budget, and provide explanation in case of much difference;
    Handle big procurement and any project which is considered as high risk on corruption, failure or first trial project such as car purchasing, projection work, production, etc.;
  • Review the contract and agreement based on types of product and service in order to comply with Amret's requirements;
  • Check stock of stationary and equipment to ensure they are consistent with report and properly kept for waiting to send out to the branches and users;
  • Monitor all procurement activities performed by staff to ensure they comply with policy and without any corruption or fraud;
  • Manage the procurement team by providing guidance, coaching and building individual competencies to ensure they perform up to expectations.
