•  Bachelor degree of Information Technology or other related fields
•  Minimum 2 years of experience on project management role, preferably on IT related projects
•  Understanding about financial services industry (banking, microfinance, etc.)
•  Good at English proficiency, both written and spoken

•  Responsible for the project charter, implementation strategy and overall project deliverables to ensure high quality
•  Establish, manage and report on project quality processes to assure the quality of project outputs
•  Build, motivate and manage the team so that conflicts are avoided and project objectives, quality and timelines achieved
•  Create a project framework ensuring that project management policies and procedures are applied in all IT -projects
•  Work with project leaders and team members, intra-division and across business areas, to plan, agree, structure and implement project activities and deliverables
•  Drive request-for-information (RFI) and request-for-proposal (RFP) activities to elicit bids from potential IT service providers and vendors
•  Provide feedback on statement-of-work (SOW) proposals from vendors ensuring that all aspects of service requirements and performance are aligned with internal requirements and practices
•  Work closely with audit and risk units to align operational processes and procedures with internal policies
•  Assist CIO in summary, coordinating, consolidating and tracking monthly, yearly, annually and 5 years budget plans or revision for the IT
•  Division as well as other IT investments
