•  Bachelor Degree in related field preferable hospitality
•  At least 3 years’ experience in similar position
•  Good interpersonal skills, able to interact with people at all levels
•  Good command of written and verbal English

•  Respond to all enquirers for Central Mansions apartments and commercial area emails, calls or walk-ins
•  Controlling contracts
•  Produce weekly/monthly leasing report
•  Perform daily leasing activities
•  Prepare and execute marketing strategy including online advertising and events.
•  Handle tenant’s complaints regarding contracts and services
•  Cooperate with Account Department for invoicing and payment, chase late payments
•  Producing rate card for public use, corporate and online (room rate for all room types and for daily, monthly & yearly)
•  Manage online booking (Expedia, Booking.com & Agoda)
•  Updating market overview quarterly (analysis of the competitors & supply)
•  Generate extra reports as per request from Resident or Country Manager.
