- Computer Hardware support to customer claim on warranty and report to Manager
- Identify the problem occur of customer's PC problem and find solution on time to avoid complain of services
- Ability to evaluate the scope of expend for IT maintenance including monthly, yearly
- Strong commitment on time lining
- Inventory for all updates status of job
- Understanding on cable running/ Network topology and design
- PABX, Camera security etc.
- Perform other duties which assigned by Manager

- Male or Female with bachelor degree in IT (fresh graduate are welcomed)
- English language in both writing and speaking other languages is an advantage
- Understand well on IT scope
- Be able to travel to the area assigned
- Strong commitment/ willing to work hard to achieve the company's goal
- Be initiative and work independently
