We are now is looking for qualify candidate to work for the position as HR Manager
• Bachelor or Master Degree in HR Management or any other relevant field
• Five years minimum experience or more years in dealing with HR affairs and practices
• Proficient of English and Khmer with both speaking and writing
• Knowledge of computer skill, especially Microsoft Office Applications & Email
• Good Teamwork with positive attitude to achieve the task assigned
• Good organization and communication skills
• Good leadership and presentation skills;
• Ability of creating a positive and respectful working environment
• Ability to work under pressure and to complete deadlines.

• Manage performance of staff under supervision by coaching, or mentoring skills to improve company
• Ensure that HR policies are effectively implemented and followed by all employees
• Develop and update the HR manual and HR policies
• Develop job description and update Organizational Chart for all employees under supervision
• Overview external/internal memo writing including governmental contact point person;
• Review and propose the improvement of HR Policies & Procedures, and strengthen the internal rules and regulation implementation
• Assist to promote employee welfare and positive working environment within the company
• Performing other tasks assign by immediate supervisor or line management
• Handling all HR processes
• Manage the HR office
• Responsible for recruitment of local and international personnel as per the requirements from the functional heads
• Coordinate the selection process by establishing the initial contact with candidates, prepare the selection, interview, follow-up, create manpower requests and prepare employment contracts
• Ensure all pre-recruitment screening, reference check, background and employment verifications are completed before rolling out offers
• Develop and implement an effective system of performance evaluation all employees
• Ensure the effective implementation of the employee protection policy in all HRM relevant areas
• Plan and arrange the work permit procedures for all EXPAT employees
• Prepare and lead meetings with immigration and labor inspection officials
• Create and develop a yearly recruitment plan
• Support and manage the business all leadership team in HR relevant issues.
