Job Requirement :
	Master Degree in Architecture/Engineering or related field. 6 years’ experience in Building and steel construction Good communication and inter-personal skills Ability to cope with pressure and change Fluent spoken and written English  Preferably managers with strong all-around experience in operations managerial management high impact leadership Matured, outgoing and with ability to drive performance
Job Duties :
	Develop sales and marketing strategy to increase sales revenue target  Manage existing customers and recruits new customers in new potential areas  Manage weekly schedule and Monthly master plan to Managing Director   Analyze market information and adjust products, sales and marketing strategy.   Monthly and quarterly review actions plan to achieve KPIs  Lead, guide and coach sales and marketing team about product and market knowledge  Build up strong customer’s relationship to increase product distributions and sales  Provide effective solutions to solve problems  Update the daily and monthly activities report to Director  Confident and responsibility on work  Be able to work under pressure
