Smiling Gecko Cambodia (SGC) is  a not for profit, non-partisan, non-government organisation, operating under its various missions to sustainably promote livelihood, family income generation and to improve quality and dignity of life for poor and vulnerable Cambodian citizens. Presently, SGC is working on a wide rang of projects, starting from livelihood program to social enterprise project.

• Degree qualified: Agriculture engineer and science with managerial skill is an asset
• Understanding and knowledgeable of organic agriculture
• Knowledge to use MS office in relating field.
• Understandable English macro-skill (speaking, listing writing…)
• Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Have good practical organization skills, planning of resources and scheduling.
• Be able to provide both summarized and detailed reports, on current activities
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skill.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare strategic plan for organic Agriculture Family Project implementation
• Prepare weekly/monthly plan and action plan
• Prepare livestock and poultry raising plan
• Monitor and evaluate the project implementation at Farmland
• Lead staff meeting
• Manage families staff and workers at Farmland
• Manage and take full responsibility for all materials at Farmland
• Solve problem
• Conduct weekly report to Project Manager
• Be flexible to assigned work
