Westec Media Limited (WML) was established in 2011, as the film’s distributor in Cambodia. We are a joint venture company. Our core business is distributing movies to the territory of Cambodia. We are the first Company that distributes full license of movies in Kingdom of Cambodia.

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM/Management or related field
• At least 2 year experiences in HR 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Khmer 
• Strong knowledge in labor law
• Good sense of teamwork and motivation skills
• Possess high interpersonal and communication skills
• Good at negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet & E-mail

• Ensure the company has qualified staff in sufficient numbers to meet the strategic objectives set by Management.

• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and timely
• HR budget plan
• Handle Recruitment & Selection
• Making employment contract
• Provide Staff Orientations
• Welcome new staff 
• Update staff list and Organization chat 
• Termination process
• Resignation process
• Deal with Ministry of Labor
o Work permit
o Labor book 
• Manage Finger Print System 
•Staff Attendance
• Keep personal file secure and confidential
• Staff Turnover report
• Record and keep warning letter
• Update, share and alert public Holiday in yearly into Google Calendar group 
• Process Memo 
• Prepare evaluation staff 
• Arrange company party, annual trip, training, etc. 
• Prepare for half marathon competition 
• Perform other related duties as required
