This role is responsible for delivering company events agenda that support overall Branding, Customer Experience, and Sales objectives. Event Manager is expected to take lead and accountability for elements of the planning activity, coordinating with internal stakeholder, suppliers/vendors, recruiting volunteers, organizing and delivering key tasks throughout the life cycle of the events, from conception to delivery and post event report.
• Bachelor's Degree in related fields • Minimum work experience in marketing and event management for 3 years • Strong project management, communication, planning, time management and negotiation skills • Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills • Well understanding of brand knowledge and marketing/branding items production and process • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office • Degree in event management, marketing or related field
• Develop event concept to deliver agreed objectives • Plan and execute events base on requirements, target audiences and objectives • Prepare budget plan and manage event budget according to plan • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to develop, plan, execute events • Manage agencies, suppliers, vendors sourcing and communication • Lead event team to ensure smooth and successful event project delivery • Provide post event analysis and reporting • Coordinate and manage in all event organization operations from administration to logistics tasks
