VisionFund is seeking  qualified candidate to fill the positions below.

• Fully understand and agree on VisionFund’s Mission, purpose, values, and objectives.
• Fresh graduate or university students.
• Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Good English speaking and writing skills.
• Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness and consider long term.

• To ensure a friendly, convenient, trustful and responsive service offered to all clients of VisionFund.
• Receive and handle client’s complaint through telephone, e-mail while maintaining client’s satisfaction
• Provide friendliness and responsive customer service on the phone and e-mail to customer by using excellent customer service skills
• Produce call center report and send to Direct Supervisor
• Act as a marketing agent to promote VisionFund Cambodia’s products and/or services, identity, brand name on phone sometimes.
• Do administration task like photocopy, filing, scanning,
• Perform other functions that may be required by Supervisor
