Camintel has been established since 1995. We are looking for outstanding candidates, who enjoy the challenging work environment found in the Telecommunication industry, to apply for the position below.

• Female from age 22 to 32 years old are encouraged to apply for this position. 
• BBA Degree or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience with the same position preferably in telecom industry
• Strong problem solving, interpersonal skill and reporting skill and have the serving-people attitude
• Result oriented person and able to build the strong teamwork with honesty and responsibility
• Good Khmer and English communication skill both speaking.
• PC proficiency of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet and e-mail

• Be familiar and understand Camintel's goal, in general, and the and the Customer Service Section's, in particular.
• Set a target that would support Customer Section's goals
• Develop a plan of activities that would ensure the Realization of such goals as he had set.
• Identify expenses that will be incurred in the conduct of Such activities.
• Be religious in implementation of such activities and Ensure that expenses are within the budget.
• Perform all duties related to customer service:
  • Attend to complaints and requests of customers
  • Assist in attending to new connection applications.
  • Indorse accomplished forms to appropriate
  • Department or section
  • Follow through all indorsed applications/
  • Requests/ complaints and monitor the results in Head Office and by provincial offices.
  • Maintain a record of all activities done; make weekly summary report and submit a monthly report to Customer Service Supervisor on the second of the following month.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time
• Comply with company's rules and regulations.
