We cooperate with financial - banking institutions and mobile operators to create products and services which can be used widely on mobile phones, Internet and other banking channels. We are the bridge between banks and telecommunication companies to provide more value added services to their mutual customers. We also cooperate with many service providers, to provide many kinds of service on demand of customers via mobile phone.

Job Requirement :
  •  University degree in major of Business Administration or related field
  •  Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  •  Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  •  Knowledge of administrative procedures
  •  English Proficiency

  •  Listening skills

  • Working Day
  • Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 12:00PM and 1:30 to 5:30
  • Saturday 8:00 to 12:00 PM
  • Holiday : Saturday afternoon and Sunday, Public holiday follow the government.

Job Duties :
  •  Introduce, explain about Cambopay‘s services for customers
  •  Dial directly with partner/customer by phone, electronically or face to face
  •  Handle and Resolve customer complaints about transaction errors
  •  Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  •  Build up customer care & claim settlement process
  •  Build up and manage service user guides
  •  Reconcile suspicious transactions with banks under procedure
  •  Update status of suspicious transactions after reconciliation in Core system
  •  Make report file to accounting department to reverse for customer and/or credit from customer.
  •  Make daily Happy call for service 6x8 and make weekly report 
  •  Make monthly report 
  •  Doing testing new service before going- live
  •  Cooperate with Technical Department (internal and external) to fix service errors
  •  Fulfill some other tasks under BOD‘s assignment.
