The purpose of the Branch Concierge role is to provide Customers with a positive customer experience from the time they walk in the Branch to the time they leave. This role will positively impact on customer experience by welcoming using ABA’s service standards, building rapport with customers, and ensuring customer's needs are being met and addressed by the most appropriate branch specialist in a timely manner leading to the highest possible customer experience.

• Fresh graduate or 1-year working experience in receptionist/customer service area is a plus.
• Good customer service.
• Willingness and aptitude to be observed, coached, and trained.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability in speaking English communication.

• Work in a busy, commercial, competitive, and target-driven retail banking environment.
• Deliver excellent customer services.
• Identify walk-in customers’ needs for services and recommend to the right specialists.
• Provide customers trainings to use Cash-in Machine and card with ATM Machine.
• Proactively interact with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Respond to enquiries from both new and existing customers.
