• Friendly, dynamic and outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
• High level of English proficiency, other languages are an asset
• Ability to handle multitasks and to work in a fast pace environment
• Ability to handle cash
• Capacity to work flexible time and in shift
• Strong team spirit, honest and reliable
• Open to learn new things
• Prior experience in the F&B industry is a plus but not compulsory

• Provide a prompt and friendly customer service to ensure total satisfaction
• Offer superior coffee and beverage preparation to maintain constant and regular quality level
• Ensure our high standards are met in terms of overall operations and hygiene
• Reach sales objectives and controlling costs to optimize store profitability
• Demonstrate an ongoing learning attitude to build and support the Gloria Jean’s Coffees experience among team members.
