• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• At least one year of experience in sales, marketing, administration or a related field. 
• Knowledge of event management and organization
• Knowledge of sales and marketing activities
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Strong problem solving skills. 
• Strong business acumen
• Demonstrated commitment to learn and to share learnt knowledge
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Ability to work under pressure
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexible to travel 

• Work under the supervision of the Activation Officer to build premium brand awareness and to raise the positive profile of KHB; create KHB brand admiration from the public.
• Support the Activation team in preparing and managing annual event plans 
• Maintain KHB’s internal control standards; assist in implementing and observing Group Compliance Policy and maintaining awareness of operational risks. 
• Strengthen customer relationships by closely coordinating with the manager and sales team to support new products service launches or other initiatives using event and PR communications.
• Perform other duties assigned.
