•  MS Words and EXCEL
•  Good in spoken and written English and/or Chinese 
•  Pro-active and positive attitude. Willing to learn
•  Fast learner with good attitude and able to handle multitasking
•  Good inter-personal and communication skills and team work spirit

•  Create and develop policies, application forms, procedures and guideline that related to financial accounting’s affairs 
•  Manage daily financial accounting activities
•  Analyze and evaluate financial results of MFI and prepare financial statement 
•  Provide technical support related to financial accounting affairs to all branches 
•  Assign, prepare and complete tax declaration forms and tax calculation
•  Assign, check and prepare withholding tax for all offices rental
•  Settle the cash borrowing in advance for the staff that goes on mission,purchasing proposal of equipment, materials or other necessaries
•  Prepare and check all contracts that related to expenditures with correctly to each stage
•  Check and verify bank statement with bank reconciliation correctly and punctually.
•  Prepare and make a report of revenues, expenses, monthly and annually balance sheet and other relevant reports with correctly and punctually
