Ly Hour Group is currently looking for a dynamic, energetic, and committed candidate to fill in the vacancy of IT Manager for new set up business.

Position: IT Manager (1post)

Location: Head Office (Phnom Penh)

• Degree in Computer Science or other related fields.
• Must be professional in database programming such as Ms. Access, Ms. VB, SQL Server
• At least 2-year experience in development and maintenance of software, hardware and networking.
• Knowledge in IT Management skills, and leadership.
• Knowledge in microfinance or banking sector and accounting software
• Good at both written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-starter, problem solving and proactive.

• Planning, developing, and designing IT Policies and Procedures.
• Developing in-house applications for the needs of the company operation related to financial service and products.
• Analyzing and designing database structures and infrastructures.
• Monitoring IT system.
• Following up and configuring to solve problems during the operation in software.
• Collaboration with all related stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of policies and procedures.
• Managing the acquisition, installation and maintenance of the organization’s local area network hardware/software.
• Ensuring the availability, continuity and security of data and information pertaining to the organization.
